About Bethany Weiser

As a second generation REALTOR®, born and raised in Anchorage Alaska with lifelong knowledge of this city and many of the changes that have taken place over the years, enables Bethany to share what make the Anchorage and the surrounding areas what it is today - vibrant, friendly, and welcoming!

Bethany started her career in real estate joining her mother as an administrative assistant during her collage years learning all aspects of the business. Eventually becoming a partner and since 2014 serving as the Team Lead of this top producing team. The Mehner Weiser Real Estate Group includes Bethany's mother, Bonnie Mehner, CRS and REALTOR® with 50+ years experience, Janelle Pfleiger, CRS and former RRC National President and REALTOR® with 40+ years experience, Bethany's daughter, Isabel Weiser, a 3rd generation REALTOR® who joined the team in 2022, and Lindsay Cross, their amazing Transaction Manager who has worked side-by-side with Bethany for 11+ years.  The Mehner Weiser Group has been consistently one of Alaska's Top Producing Residential Sales Team for the past 30 years, receiving several distinguished awards including RE/MAX Titan and Diamond level awards.

Bethany believes in giving back to her community and is a member of Rotary International. She served on many fundraising gala committees for Pacific Northern Academy, The Alaska Jewish History Museum, and The Anchorage Museum.  As Co-Chair and Chair of the annual gala for Pacific Northern Academy in 2011 and 2014 Bethany helped raise over $$800,000 for private independent education in Anchorage.  She has also served as Chair of two Head Search Committees for Pacific Northern Academy, and as Chair of Alaska Pacific University President’s Forum Scholarship Committee.  

More recently, Bethany has been involved with the Residential Real Estate Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®. Bethany has been in leadership with the Council since 2018 and serving as Alaska RRC Membership Chair and in 2021 and 2022 as Alaska State President. In 2024 and 2025 she served as a Regional Vice President for Region 8 representing six states (Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming) working with their leadership teams and being the liason for the state and national boards.  In 2026 Bethany was appointed to the Credentialing Committee for RRC.

Camping, fishing, skiing, traveling and spending time with her husband, two grown daughters and the family pets are some of her favorite pastimes.
